Supervises full and part time staff as assigned and approximately 90-plus seasonal and temporary recreation employees with varied responsibilities and skills. Provides guidance, training, instruction and technical assistance needed for recreation programming, aquatic facility, camp center, sports programs, and special events, and youth camp personnel.
